Program Overview

Women's-Only Training at Miller Martial Arts, based in Bonaire, GA, exists because the dynamics of a mixed training environment aren't always neutral — and we think that matters.

These classes are built exclusively for women, coached with the same rigor and high standards as every program at Miller. The instruction is real. The techniques are practical. The environment is one where your progress is taken seriously — because it is.

No prior experience required. No size or strength assumptions. Just structured, purposeful training designed to build genuine capability.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Women's-Only Training

Who can attend?
Women's-Only classes are open to women of all experience levels — including women with no prior martial arts background. No fitness or skill prerequisites.
Is it the same training as the regular BJJ program?
Yes. The instruction is real BJJ — same techniques, same standards, same coaching attention. It’s not a softer version of the program.
Who teaches Women’s-Only classes?
Women's-Only classes are taught exclusively by our women coaches.
Will I have to spar with men?
No. Women's-Only classes are exclusively women — students and coaches.
What if I'm coming to this for self-defense reasons?
Many women train martial arts because they want to feel more capable in the world — and that’s a legitimate reason to start. The training builds real practical skill: leverage, positioning, and how to manage difficult situations.
