Most prospective adult students start with one of our foundational classes. Here's a quick guide:

New to BJJ
Start with BJJ Fundamentals (Tue or Thu, 6:30 PM, Mat 2) or any regular BJJ class
New to Muay Thai
Start with any regular Muay Thai class
Returning / experienced
Any class appropriate to your background
Looking for women's-only training
Women's-Only BJJ (Monday, 5:30 PM)
Bringing a child age 4–6
Little Thrashers (Tue/Wed/Thu, 4:45 PM)
Bringing a child age 7–14
Young Champions (Tue/Wed/Thu, 5:30 PM) or Youth Muay Thai (Tue/Wed/Thu, 4:45 PM)
